  • Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on services. If you have any concerns about your experience, please let us know. We value your feedback and appreciate the opportunity to address them.
  • Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian's consent before receiving services. Some services may also require a parent or guardian to remain present during the appointment.
  • We are committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for every client and team member. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff or other guests will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service or dismissal from the spa.

Thank you for helping us create a welcoming, respectful environment where every client can relax and enjoy their experience. Your understanding of these policies allows us to continue providing exceptional care and service to every client.

Late Arrival Policy

We understand that life happens, and occasional delays are unavoidable. To help keep appointments running smoothly for all of our clients, we offer a 10 minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not have the allotted time to complete all of your scheduled services without impacting the next client's appointment. If your appointment must be rescheduled due to a late arrival, our Appointment Reservation Policy will apply. If you're running behind, please call or text us as soon as possible so we can determine the best way to accommodate you.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because we set aside this time and are often unable to fill last minute openings, our Cancellation & No-Show Policy helps protect our providers schedules and allows us to continue serving all clients.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice (no-shows) will be charged 50% of the scheduled services.

Following a late cancellation or no-show, all future appointments will require a 50% deposit to reserve your appointment.

The deposit will be applied toward your scheduled services as long as your appointment is kept in accordance with our Cancellation & No-Show Policy and Reschedule Policy. If these policies are not followed, the deposit will be forfeited.

Thank you for respecting our time and understanding that these policies allow us to continue providing exceptional care and service to every client.

Reschedule Policy

We understand that schedules change and are happy to accommodate occasional appointment reschedules. Appointments may be rescheduled up to two times while retaining the same reservation. If an appointment is rescheduled a third time, it will be canceled and a 50% deposit will be required to reserve a new appointment. The deposit must be paid before the appointment is confirmed.

Clients who demonstrate a pattern of repeatedly rescheduling appointments may also be placed on a 50% deposit requirement for all future appointments, even if the appointments are rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance. This allows us to better manage our providers schedules and keep appointments available for other clients. The deposit will be applied toward your scheduled services as long as your appointment is kept in accordance with our Cancellation & No-Show Policy and Reschedule Policy. If these policies are not followed, the deposit will be forfeited.

Management reserves the right to require a deposit or decline future appointments for clients with repeated cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows.

Menstrual Cycle Policy
We understand that everyone has a different comfort level when it comes to receiving services during their menstrual cycle. While it is completely safe to receive waxing and most skincare services during your period, we understand that some clients may prefer to reschedule. If you choose to reschedule your appointment due to your menstrual cycle, we're happy to extend a one time courtesy in most situations. Any future cancellations or reschedules due to your menstrual cycle may be subject to our Cancellation & No-Show Policy and Reschedule Policy. If you plan to keep your appointment while on your menstrual cycle, we simply ask that you wear a clean tampon, menstrual cup, or disc for Brazilian waxing services.

Your comfort and privacy are always our priority, and our providers are experienced in performing these services professionally and respectfully.

Skincare Questions & Answers

  • Which facial should I get if I've never had one or need to know which kind to get?

  • How long after my facial should I wait to wear makeup?

We recommend not to wear makeup for at least 24 hours after any skincare treatment.

  • How long do I need to avoid the sun?

Stay out of direct sunlight for 24-48 hours. When in the sun, reapply your sunscreen every two hours, seek shaded areas, wear a hat, or use an umbrella.

  • Am I a candidate for dermaplaning?

The following are contraindicated for dermaplaning.

*Active acne lesions, cold sores, rosacea, sensitive skin, bruised skin, sunburned skin, dermatitis, uncontrolled diabetes, hemophilia, moles, skin tags or warts, prescription strength Retin-A or the use of Accutane within the past six months.

Waxing Questions & Answers

  • How long does my hair have to be to get waxed?

Your hair should be at least 1/4 inch long, which is about the length of a grain of rice. Your first Wax usually takes two weeks of growth.

  • How often do I need to get waxed?

Every 3-4 weeks, depending on your growth cycle. Consistency is critical to achieve the best results!

  • Can I get waxed during my cycle?

Yes! Just make sure to wear a fresh tampon. Also, note you may be a little more sensitive than usual.

  • Can I wax while pregnant?

Yes! Waxing is safe for pregnancy!

  • What is the difference between all of the bikini waxes?

A Bikini Line Wax is just the outer part of your bikini. It is precisely four-finger widths off the sides and two-finger widths off the top. The Full Bikini Wax is as much or as little as you want to be taken off the front. It doesn't include the butt strip. The Brazilian Wax is as much as, or as little, taken off of the front and consists of the butt strip!

  • What are the dos and don'ts of waxing?

DON'T use any AHAs or Retinoids for 3-5 days before having that area waxed. It can result in lifted skin!

DO Exfoliate 48 hours before your Wax to ensure your hair isn't trapped under dead skin cells.

DO Moisturize every morning and evening to keep your skin hydrated and nourished. This also allows the hair to grow back in smoothly and prevents hair breakage during your Wax, meaning fewer ingrown hairs and a more comfortable wax!

DON'T Shave, Tweeze, Nair, or use any other form of hair removal in between your waxes! You will increase your risk of ingrown, mess up your growth cycle, and have to start your wax journey back over, which means you have to regrow your hair for two weeks and go through the pain all over again. Just don't do it. It's not worth it!

Wait to wear tight clothes until or after your appointment! Let your skin breathe and allow it time to heal. Your pores stay open 24 hours after your Wax, so be easy on your skin.

DO Wait 24 hours before exercising, swimming, tanning, having sex, soaking in a bathtub/hot tub, or using any kind of sauna! Again, your pores stay open for 24 hours after waxing, so we don't want to introduce bacteria into them!

DON'T Exfoliate more than three times a week! Over exfoliating can lead to excessive dryness and irritation and can cause more damage than good. Stick to three times a week, and if you feel that isn't enough, ask your esthetician about other methods of exfoliation.
